We process your data exclusively in accordance with the statutory provisions (GDPR, Austrian Data Protection Act – DSG, Austrian Telecommunications Act 2021 – TKG 2021). This privacy policy informs you about the key aspects of data processing on our website.
2. Hosting and server log files
This website is hosted by World4You Internet Services GmbH, Hafenstraße 47–51, 4020 Linz, Austria. When you access the website, technically necessary data is recorded: IP address, date and time of access, page accessed, browser type and operating system. This data is required for the secure and stable operation of the website. Processing is based on our legitimate interest pursuant to Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
3. Cookies and consent management
This website uses the tool Real Cookie Banner (devowl.io GmbH, Germany) to obtain and store your consent to the use of external services. For this purpose, a technically necessary cookie is set that stores your choice. The consent data is stored on our own server and is not transmitted to the manufacturer. Processing is carried out to fulfil our legal obligation to demonstrate consent pursuant to Art. 6(1)(c) in conjunction with Art. 7(1) GDPR.
Services that are not technically necessary are only loaded with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, § 165(3) TKG 2021). You can change or withdraw your consent at any time via the [“Cookie settings”] link at the bottom of every page.
4. Google Maps
To display our location, we use Google Maps, a service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. The map is only loaded once you have expressly consented to this. In particular, your IP address and information about your browser are transmitted to Google, and Google may set cookies. Data may be processed in the USA. Google is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, on the basis of which the European Commission has determined an adequate level of data protection.

5. Contact form
This website allows you to submit an enquiry or appointment request via a contact form. The data entered (name, e-mail address, message) is processed solely for the purpose of handling your enquiry and is forwarded by e-mail to office@psychotherapie-wintersperger.at. The form is provided by the WordPress plugin WPForms, which runs on our own web server. No data is transmitted to the plugin’s manufacturer. Processing is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps taken prior to entering into a contract) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to enquiries).
Please note that transmission by e-mail is not end-to-end encrypted. We therefore ask you not to include detailed information about your health or personal situation in the form. We will be happy to discuss this with you in the initial consultation.
Once your enquiry has been dealt with, the data will be deleted unless statutory retention obligations apply. The data is not passed on to third parties and is not used for any other purpose.
6. Your rights
